1. 负责总部与门店之间的各项通知的贯彻执行及协调。
2. 负责门店的沟通维护，树立客户服务意识。
3. 协调其他部门同事高效完成门店启动工作和售后维护工作。
4. 协助上级做好运营管理的相关工作。

任职要求：

1. 学历：本科及以上，专业不限。
2. 工作经验：一年，优秀应届生可考虑。
3. 较强的逻辑分析能力和文字表达能力
4. 熟练掌握MS office
5. 强烈的责任心及抗压能力，工作细致有条理，善于学习，具有良好的团队合作精神；
6. 良好的沟通及协调能力，具备一定的项目影响和推动力；
7. 热爱或者熟悉鲜花门店优先

福利待遇：做五休二，早九晚六

基本工资+绩效奖金+开业启东奖金
