Responsibilities: 

-          Establish EHS polices and procedures in compliance with local state, and relevant rules and regulations.

-          Define the methods or model used in the studies and analyses of the job related risks and hazards to health/safety/environment.

-          Coordinate relevant safety training to educate all employees about safety policies, law and practices.

-          Tracking EHS legal and regulatory developments.

-          Prepare work for the required certification (such as ISO14001) audit and annual inspection made by relevant local government agencies.

-          PPE preparation and regularly release for all the employees.

-          Ensure that all safety requirement and polices are in place.

-          Monitor and supervise the safety regulation and procedures that relevant to each department.

-          Knowledge of operating and safety equipments and systems to manage and to maintain all the safety equipment and system wrok properly.

-          Coordinate with the departments to ensure all safety measures are taken.

-          Leading and organizing safety committee to the company.

-          Communicate with headquarter EHS team every month.

-          Fire equipment and fire emergency evacuation management.

-          Envrionment impact assessment and waste management.

-          Update occupational health check matrix and occupatinal disease file management.

-          Weekly walk through safety inspection. Record issues and pubic action request to owner.

-          Enhance the communication with government agencies.

-          Exercise evacuation drill  for whole company employee and contractors

-          All ERT members training.

Qualifications: 

-          Must have the serious attitude and patience to maintain the safety and environmental system.

-          Bachelor degree equivalence or above, at least 3 years working experiences.

-          Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

-          Knowledge in Chinese EHS law and regulations, accident reporting and preventative action.

-          Good English Skill is required.

-          Be a team player and have a good problem solving skill.

-          ISO14001:2015 internal auditor certificate is required.

-          Preference experience with safety courses (first aid, fire fighting, handling chemicals).
