职位描述：

1 通过电话方式与客户（各大医院医生）保持沟通，维护长期良好的客户关系（医生， 医学专家等）

2 挖掘潜在客户，收集相关信息，建立客户档案并维护更新

3 通过多渠道（电话、彩信、邮件等）向客户传递产品信息，并解答客户疑问，确保客户满意

4 参与本部门培训及考核，提高专业知识和技能

任职资格：

1 具有呼叫中心工作经验者优先.

2 良好的沟通技巧和电话客户服务技巧

3 熟练掌握办公软件

4 性格外向，工作积极主动，有责任心，良好的抗压能力

5.应届医学，药学等相关专业毕业生也可投递
