Coordination of all activities within the shift that is necessary to guarantee the availability of machinery at the plant.

协调并负责班组内所有的工作, 确保所有生产设备的正常工作.

Guarantee most effective and efficient use of available resources (work force, production machinery, equipment (installations), spare parts,..) within the shift

Coordinate and supervise repairs in permanent consideration of quality requirements, decrease the downtime of the equipment.

在保证质量的前提下, 协调并管理所有的维修工作, 降低设备的停机时间.

Coordinate and supervise preventive maintenance of machinery

协调并管理设备的维护保养.

Observe various regulations (environment, safety at work)

遵守所有的规章制度.

Guarantee the discipline and the attitude within shift (breaks, work attire, obligation to carry ID etc.)

负责班组内所有职工的劳动纪律和工作态度。

Provide work documentation and resources in time, control the spare parts.

提供工作所须的资源及资料, 控制备品备件的使用与更换.

Supervise the shift change and information inputting into the SAP. Provide employees with necessary information and data.

对交接班进行管理, 确保所有信息输入到SAP系统中. 向班组内技术员提供所有需要的信息.

Authority to give orders to employees subordinate to this position

负责向班组内技术员提出工作的指令.

Support production department and suppliers

支持生产部门及供应商的工作.
