Job Function:

工作职责：

Manage all project activities covering from feasible study, government approval, preliminary design, peer review, procurement cost saving, risk assessment, safety review, detail design, Hazop, construction stage, right up to completion stage so as to ensure smooth progress, safety and timely hand-over of projects to operations and W&Ldepartment before commissioning

管理所有项目工作，包括可行性研究、政府审批、初步设计、节约采购成本、同行评审、风险评估、安全评审、详细设计、危险与可操作性分析，从施工阶段直到竣工阶段，确保工程进展顺利，在试运行前安全、及时地移交给仓储和操作部门。

Assist Project Manager to ensure that all the activities of project execution progress comply with the VPM standards and procedures. 

遵循VPM的标准和程序，协助项目经理完成项目执行程序的顺利实施

Ensure that all the mechanical/piping/specification/ files/ drawings are in line with RF requirement.

确保机械/管道的设计、技术规格满足RF的要求。

Integrate and co-ordinate with the design institutes conception phase till the completion of the project.

从概念设计到项目完成，协同设计院进行工作。

Assist in preparing, developing the front-end engineering work of the mechanical, piping and etc.

准备和配合完成机械、管道等的前期设计工作。

Assist in preparation of basic conceptual design, P&I Diagrams for the small and medium size project. 

协助完成中小型项目的概念设计和P&ID.

Prepare and review design specification, technical data sheet, drawings for onshore & offshore projects.

准备并审核陆域海域项目设计阶段的技术规格书、数据表、图纸。

Site inspection of mechanical and piping works. 

现场计划、协调机械管道等专业的施工。

Ensure VPM and Vopak Way compliance during design phase.

在设计阶段遵循VPM 和Vapok Way的规定.

Assist in preparing quotations to support the commercial activities.

提供预算报价，协助支持商务活动。

Assist in preparation of tendering documents as and what needed.

协助准备项目的招投标文件。

Conduct necessary training/coaching for mechanical technician and the maintenance contractors according to its respective level required.

根据不同工作的要求，为维修技师、操作人员及维修承包商提供必要的培训/指导

Assist Project Manager to update related procedure per Vopak requirement.

帮助项目经理按照孚宝要求更新相关程序。

Finish other work assigned by Project Manager.

完成项目经理指定的其他工作。

Skills & Knowledge:

技能知识：

Education: University degree  with relevant engineering major (mechanical/ piping/chemical)

教育： 本科或以上相关工程专业（机械/管道/化学）

Languages: Ability in both written and spoken English and Mandarin

语言： 普通话和英文口语及书写流畅

Computer:       Ability to use computer and knowledge of relevant software

计算机：           熟悉计算机操作及相关软件的运用

Experience:    Minimum 5 years related experience in Chemical industry or Petrochemical industry 

工作经历：       至少5年化工或石化相关经验
