岗位职责 

1.严格按采购申请单内容进行采购并保管好有关票据； 

2.负责原料采购及采购材料质量，数量核对工作，并核对供应商发票 

3.负责对未到达的采购货物进行催讨。及时办理货物入库，对短缺货物无法追回负赔偿责任； 

4.搜集，分析，汇总及考察评估供应商信息； 

5.负责每季度，年度对供应商业绩评定，整理质量体系资料； 

6.积极开拓货源市场，开发潜在供应商； 

7.控制采购成本； 

8.ERP系统资料维护； 

9.负责本部门每季度及年度管理评审报告； 

10.上级临时交办的事务。

任职要求 

1.本科及以上学历，机械类相关理工科专业； 

2.具有五年工作经验，其中至少有三年是从事包装或印刷行业的原材料采购工作，熟悉塑料产品； 

3.良好的成本意识和品质意识； 

4.较强的组织协调能力，熟练使用各种办公软件，良好的商务谈判技巧，能承受一定的工作压力； 

5.熟悉ISO9000体系，并能应用于供应商审核及日常工作中。
