工作职责：

1. 处理客户服务系统的投诉工单转办；处理来电、来访、来函、公司各相关部门、渠道的投诉转办业务；并按照工作流程完成相应之所有后续行政流程与记录；
2. 各类投诉情况报送及时准确；确保投诉处理质量，杜绝因客诉专员投诉处理不当引起的投诉升级及公司合作伙伴不满；
3. 确保特殊案件及时报备相关部门；
4. 按规定的投诉处理时效结案，10日结案率>95%；
5. 提供投诉报表和每月分析，帮助渠道提升销售品质；
6. 协助总公司进行各系统测试；
7. 及时搜集各类客户反馈信息，协助部门经理提升客户满意度。

                                

    

    

岗位要求：

1. 本科及以上学历，3-5年寿险公司客服工作经验，或有2年以上寿险公司投诉处理工作经验的优先考虑；
2. 能主动了解内外部客户需求与期望，并积极主动的帮助内外部客户解决问题，提供优质服务;
3. 具备良好的清晰表达、倾听等工作过程中必备的沟通能力，能够进行内外部的双向沟通；
4. 具备良好的敏感度、应变及协调能力；良好的逻辑思维能力和解决突发事件的能力；
5. 有大局观念，责任心强，能承受较大工作压力；
6. 熟练使用办公软件。
