4、持续更新完善人才库；

5、协助HR团队完成新员工的入职培训。

任职资格:

1、 大专及以上学历，专业不限；

2、 2年以上招聘实务工作经验；

3、 有酒店行业、服务行业、劳务行业从业经验者优先
