1、全面配合校长做好教学、教务与日常管理工作；

2、负责课程安排与协调，保证正常教学；对教练员日常工作进行管理监督；

3、负责对教练员的微信群维护工作进行培训及监督管理；

4、学员档案管理，与学员形成良好互动，督促教务、教练及时回访，反馈教学与服务情况；

5、优化行政管理工作，建立有序的教学制度，并完善教务档案

6、强化服务意识，促进学员续费与转介绍。

任职要求：

1、大专及以上学历，2年以上教育行业相关经验优先；

2、积极主动，条理清晰，细致耐心；

3、善于与他人交流，有较强的亲和力，组织协调能力；

4、对教育及帮助他人成长有热情。

工作地点：上海市宝山区智慧湾

工作时间：周三-周日，9:00-17:30，周一、周二休息
