SAIFUTE Ltd. has developed a new product range for the Chinese market and seeking to establish partnerships with distributors. The Business Development Manager will manage business development activities for the company driving the first sales activities with selected distributors. The successful candidate will move to a sales director position in a second step.

Duties of the job include工作职责：

- Maintaining and updating market knowledge on a continuous basis (regulations, competitors, products requirements, etc.).

- 持续维护和更新市场知识(法规、竞争对手、产品要求等)。

- Seeking opportunities for business development in the Shanghai region in a first step and then in China overall.

- 先在上海地区寻找业务发展机会，然后在中国整体上寻找发展机会。

- Analyzing public sales leads.

- 分析向政府推销渠道。

- Defining and developing the relevant marketing support required to sell the products through a distribution channel (price list, communication support, training, distribution contracts, etc.).

- 定义和开发通过分销渠道销售产品所需的相关营销支持(价格表、沟通支持、培训、分销合同等)。

- Building relationships with potential distributors and defining their specific requirements if any.

- 与潜在经销商建立关系，并确定他们的具体要求(如果有的话)。

- Creating, negotiating and closing distributor agreements.

- 建立、谈判和完成经销商协议。

- Supporting distributors to win sales leads.

- 支持经销商赢得销售机会。

- Initiating new product development required and providing relevant marketing information on customers’ needs to the product development team.

- 启动新产品开发需求，向产品开发团队提供客户需求的相关市场信息。

Requirements of the role 招聘要求：

- Master’s degree in sales or engineering.

- 销售或工程专业硕士学历。

- Fluent in English or French language.

- 英语或者法语流利。

- First experience in a Sales position for technical products.

- 有技术产品销售经验者优先。

- Ability to deal with a wide variety of issues (technical, human, etc.).

- 处理各种问题的能力(技术、人力等)。

- Entrepreneurship spirit, organized, autonomous, tenacious and curious.

- 有创业精神，有组织、有自主、有毅力、有求知欲。

- Compliance with business conduct compliance and ethics.

上海赛福特电子有限公司是法国代福（DEF）集团旗下的在华全资子公司“法安电子（上海）有限公司”全资收购的。公司成立于2013年10月31日，致力于家用消防报警产品的研发、生产及销售，旨在为世界各地的家庭提供***的消防安全保障。公司在国内销售的产品均具有中国强制性认证CCC，符合国家强制性要求；同时公司的产品还远销欧洲，特别是独立式感烟报警探测器在法国有极高的市场占有率，产品均具有欧盟标准CE认证和法国标准NF认证。当前公司的主要产品有点型感烟报警探测器、独立式感烟报警探测器、火灾报警控制器零件、消火栓按钮、消防音响等配件，以及家庭安全智能套装等。

我们在中国的生产研发基地位于上海市闵行区，工厂占地面积逾4000平米。生产、检验类设备齐全，生产作业员和质量检验员钧通过严格的专业培训。集团公司在巴黎近郊Massy有一支近百人的研发团队，两个基地共同进行新产品的研发，为产品的研发生产提供坚实有力的保障。
