岗位职责：

1.根据公司发展战略，制定并优化各项行政规章制度及流程，并贯彻监督执行。

2.办公室5S管理，保持办公环境干净、整洁、有序。

3.负责行政成本控制，各类行政费用控制等。

4.公司活动策划（年会、运动会、家庭日等）。

5.负责月度行政类报表。

6.上级交办的其他事宜。

岗位要求：

1.大专及以上学历；

2.3年以行政从业经验，熟悉行政管理工作。

3.严谨，具有高度责任感，积极主动，高效执行能力。

4.较强的突发状况应变能力、沟通能力及团队合作精神。
