岗位职责：

？ 负责设备装机后的临床培训：对临床医师进行产品的理论讲解；设备的现场操作演示；指

导临床参数的选择等；

？ 按照客户的需求对机构相关咨询师，市场推广人员，运营等进行合适的产品培训

？ 针对内部销售人员进行产品培训及同类产品竞品分析比较等；

？ 市场及销售活动支持,各种学术会议中产品介绍、演示、演讲等；

？ 临床部数据库的建立：收集和整理产品线内仪器的使用和治疗参数；

？ 区域内临床专家的维护与沟通；

？ 其他上级经理交办的事项；

任职要求

？ 临床医学专业，生物学，医学美容相关本科或以上学历，一定的英文沟通能力。

？ 适应经常出差，具备在压力下出色完成工作的能力。

？ 熟悉公司产品及竞争产品情况，有深厚的行业背景。了解品牌定位、形象建设、产品推广

和管理维护的内容及业务流程。

？ 具有较强的沟通协调能力、演讲能力，逻辑分析能力、公关能力；
