岗位职责:

1、产品的安装、调试、维修、保养等；

2、对产品的质量状况进行跟踪管理，发现问题及时将信息反馈给上级领导部门。

3、为销售人员提供售前的技术支持；

4、配合做好技术部门的售后支持工作，能单独解决常见问题，处理客户投诉等；

5、公司安排的其他工作。

任职要求：

1、中专或以上学历，二年以上相关工作经验，须干体力活；

2、有驾照（C照），且会开手动挡；

3、动手能力强，熟练使用各种工具；

4、勤奋踏实，认真负责，吃苦耐劳；

5、较强的学习能力，善于沟通；

6、服从公司领导安排，接受长期出差。
