Purpose of the Job
This position is to support Specialty Steel Wire business growth in North Asia by collecting and structuring specific information, conducting industry analysis in related industries and markets and leading projects to capture more business.

Your Role
1. Market Intelligence
？ Collect industry, market, competition, technical and strategic information for downstream market segments in a systematic and timely way via various sources (regular company visits, telephone and face to face interviews, exploring internet and databases, attending conferences, ...)
？ Structure & analyze information in collaboration with internal customers.
？ Build a local information infrastructure in cooperation with central business intelligence function and maintain contacts with external information suppliers.
？ Conduct market surveys, to understand the voice of the customers, their met and unmet needs by contextual interviews.

2. Industry analysis and presentation
？ Conduct industry analysis and build company profiles for targeted segments and companies.
？ Identify and analyze new growth opportunities derived from our existing product portfolio and/or based on current or new competencies.
？ Monitor market & technology trends and evolutions in selected segments
？ Presenting and defending the analysis result and recommendation to business leaders
？ Support strategic projects if necessary (new business development…).

3. Participate projects to identify opportunities and advise actions to capture opportunities
？ Support to identify and assess new business development projects. Explore and analyze attractive targets.
？ Support to prepare a business case
？ Has the capability to take ownership of identifying business opportunity by working with cross-functional team
？ Independently prepare documents for projects as requested, Presenting and defending your analysis result and recommendation to business leaders
职位要求：
Your Profile
？ Bachelor or master degree with engineering, business, managerial or marketing background.
？ Above 3 years of relevant experience in collecting, analyzing, interpreting, and presenting business information in a B-to-B environment, strong business acumen. Experience in steel or wire industry will be a plus.
？ Advanced excel and presentation, project management skills
？ Very good communication & interpersonal skills (internal and external) in Mandarin and English
？ A good team player and fast learner
？ Strong analytical skills and a good affinity with figures and analytical concepts and tools
？ Very strongly interested in new technologies, processes, industrial products and business models
？ Strong interest in new technologies, processes and industrial products.
？ Dynamic, creative, result driven.
？ Willing to travel frequently
