1、 主要负责线下店销/派发/路演活动等项目的管理；

2、 带领项目组成员完成项目的执行并推进项目结案；

3、 负责对接外部区域客户，内部执行督导的沟通和资源调配；

4、 撰写品牌卖场促销活动的培训课件,撰写督导和促销员的培训计划、培训机制和流程；

5、对各区域的督导 、促销员进行现场与电话培训工作；

6、工作跟进、评估、确保团队掌握产品知识与销售技巧；

岗位要求：

1. 大专学历及以上；

2. 2年以上广告或相关行业经验（线下项目管理经验优先）；

3. 对数字敏感，具备清晰周密的逻辑判断力及组织能力；

4. 良好的计划和执行能力、协调能力和人际沟通能力；

5. 积极主动，具备团队意识，具有高度的责任心，能够承受较强的工作压力。
