岗位职责：

1、制定并完善社群运营计划及相关制度，推动社群的良性发展；

2、发现、培养、维护核心用户，形成高度活跃的核心用户群体；

3、根据产品各阶段的推广目标发布相关运营内容；

4、不断优化、调整社群运营方法，并对用户覆盖率，重点人群渗透率和转化率负责；

5、监控社区及媒体报道中，与公司有关的市场反馈情况、竞品营销事件，并对相关行为进行及时汇报，提出解决方案；

6、配合品牌策划部门，不定期针对新老用户制定相应的活动，提高用户注册数量，增加用户粘性；

7、负责与国内外相关资源机构的沟通，积极开拓新渠道资源，回复各渠道的用户反馈。

任职要求：

1、本科及以上学历；

2、有过互联网社群工作经验或是管理社群经验者优先，有海外推广自媒体平台(Telegram, Slack, Facebook, Twitter等)社区运营经验者优先；

3、良好的产品感觉和用户感觉，擅长从用户角度思考问题， 较高的沟通能力及用户服务意识；

4、有主流社交媒体项目推广和用户拉新经验，善于组织社群活动，培养社群KOL。
