Key Responsibilities

    

1 Assist the China Accounting Manager in all matters aspects of accounting operations including but not limited to General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Sales Tax filings, Cash Management, Intercompany reconciliations, analysis of various balance sheet and income statement accounts to ensure compliance, integrity of balances, accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting and effectiveness of business processes

    

2  Work closely with local buyers to ensure adherence to the Company’s purchase policy

    

3  Perform account reconciliations as assigned

    

4  Assist in the preparation internal and external reporting package to comply with local and global finance and controlling standards/policies

    

5  Assist in timely filings of all tax returns (Income tax and other tax returns) to the relevant tax authorities

    

6  Assist in day to day banking activities

    

7  Provide weekly cash reporting to HQ

    

8  Assist in internal/external audit

    

9  Assist with implementations, maintenance and adherence to internal controls and accounting procedures ensuring compliance with local and US GAAP
