职位描述
OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB：
1.Implement and maintain quality management system of ISO 9001.
2. Well managing of related quality elements to ensure the compliance
3.Support and improve the process’s quality compliance level of operationsKey Responsibilities:
1.Participate in the establishment and improvement of ISO 9001 system and acquisition and maintenance of ISO9001 certification.
2.Lead and follow up the changes，manage changes to ensure all the tracking information, log book data bases is completed and ensure all the closing of all the case as well as the data analysis of all cases.
3.Lead and organize supplier management, to arrange and perform supplier audit, also work with relate department to ensure the qualified supplier list and supplier review.
4.Lead quality risk management activities and manage mitigation plans, and perform risk assessment of all the concerned process such as receiving, storage, shipping and transportation with other department support. manage risk assessment to ensure the compliance
5.Lead or support the upgrading of related process to improve the quality compliance level, such as manage/support/service for the improvement of warehouse or transportation from quality point view
6.Follow and manage defined actions/project/items origin from meeting or other source
7.Proactively support and provide for regulatory inspections and review/approval of responses to Regulatory Agencies or third parties as required
8.Other work assigned by the line manager.
Technical:
1.Be proficient in ISO 9001 systems
2.Demonstrated leadership, accountability, analytical capabilities and ability to resolve conflict.
3.ISO 13485 and GSP background is a plusBusiness:
1.Well understand related knowledge of third party logistics
2.Be familiar with those advanced management tools and methods
Human Relations:
Good communication and interpersonal 、strong relationship building skills
