1. Case Delivery (Time Estimation: 90%) 招聘执行（90%）

    

Candidates sourcing & screening, qualify candidates by competencies and motivations, candidate communication, engagement, follow up and talent pipelining management.

    

搜寻并筛选候选人，敏锐区分候选人的技能以及跳槽动机，精细管理候选人沟通、咨询以及跟进相关工作，进一步拓展工业行业专业人才库。

    

2. Client Contact & Business Development (Time Estimation: 10%) 客户对接以及业务拓展 （10%）

Take job briefing, present Engineering industry expertise. Reach out to targeted companies, understand potential client needs,

You are required:

    

你需要有：

    

1. At least 5 years recruitment agency/RPO experience, with 3 years in Engineering industry.

    

至少5年猎头/RPO招聘经验，至少3年工业行业的招聘经验

    

2. Passion in recruitment and interest in improvement of recruitment efficiency

    

对招聘有激情，有兴趣共同提高招聘效率。

    

3. Good communication skills and professional attitude

    

良好的沟通技巧以及专业的服务意识

    

4. Fluent English, 985 or 211 will be a plus

    

英文听说读写流利，985或211学校优先。
