Complete tasks assigned for tax 

 - Scan and submit invoice to tax bureau through internet; 

 - Verify invoice physically at tax bureau if necessary; 

 - Help to update invoice information to Excel for record; 

- Buy VAT invoice from tax bureau; 

- Help to issue and double check VAT invoices to buyer;

 - Invoice filing; 

 - Visit tax bureau if necessary;

Complete tasks assigned for accounting

 - Check the T&E and G&A application and attached invoices; 

 - Check logistics payment requests & invoices and help with filing; 

 - Bank reconciliation daily; 

 - Check bank statements with book monthly; 

 - Collect accrued expense information from staff at quarter-end; 

 - Help to seek approval from proper approvers in line with matrix; 

 - Assist seniors for monthly closing including treasury/expense/logistics accounts’ booking; 

 - Accounting vouchers filing; 

 - Help to organize data in system; 

 - Support annual audit; 

 Any ad hoc tasks assigned.

At least 3 months，3 days per week。（优秀可留用转正）
