1？能协助外教完成课程的准备和课中、课后的其它工作；

2. 参加教学研究和教学培训，结合本班幼儿的年龄特点和个体差异，制定教学计划，并组织实施，完成教育任务。

3？按照学校要求做好班级管理工作及教具制作、教室布置等工作

4. 严格执行园所安全、卫生保健制度，发现危险因素及时解决或上报，做好交接班工作。

5. 主动与家长友好沟通，共同商讨符合幼儿特点的教育措施。
