Job Function:

工作职责：

(a) Integrate and co-ordinate with the design institutes and contractors from conception phase to the completion of the project with regard to civil and structural works.

从概念设计到项目完成，针对土建工程协同设计院和承包单位工作。

(b) Prepare and review design specification, drawings and procurement requisition relating to civil and structural works for onshore and offshore facilities.

准备并审核陆域和海域项目的设计阶段的技术规格书、数据表、图纸以及承包商的采购请求书。

(c) Site planning, co-ordination, supervision and inspection of civil and structural works.  Monitoring work progress to ensure good quality of the design and construction of the project and also timely completion within the specific periods.

现场计划、协调、督促和检查土建工程，监督设计和施工的进度及质量，确保项目按时完成。

(d) Ensure SHE compliance in the design, construction and for operation.

在设计和施工阶段遵循SHE的规定。

(e) Coordinate with relating parties and assist in submitting weekly, monthly and quarterly project highlights to Project Manager.

协调相关单位及时递交周报、月报以及季度报告给项目经理。

(f) Assist Project Manager in carrying out site Civil and Structure inspection/acceptance work.

协助项目经理进行土建工程的检查和验收。

(g) Assist in preparing quotations with costing specialist to support the commercial activities.

提供预算报价，协助支持商务活动。

(h) Assist to liaise with various local statutory departments in obtaining engineering, construction and operation permits for the project.

联系当地政府部门，协助获得项目的设计、施工和操作许可证。

(i) With regard to the contractor selection, give necessary recommendation to the project manager 

对于承包商的选择，给予项目经理必要的建议。

(j) Assist in preparation of tendering documents as and what needed

协助准备必要的招标文件。

(k) Progressively follow up with as built documents & drawings hand-over all through the project execution.

在整个项目实施阶段，时时跟踪竣工文件、图纸的移交。

Skills & Knowledge:

技能知识：

- Major in Civil & Structure or relevant engineering. 

土建结构或者相关工程专业

- 5+ years related experience in terminal field, especially for tank foundation and marine jetty 

5年以上库区的相关经验，尤其在罐区基础和海域码头方面。

- Familiar with relevant domestic/international standards.

熟悉相关国际/国内标准。

- Have the communication skill, both in English and Mandarin.

在英语和普通话方面，有良好的沟通能力。

- Skilled in office PC application programs, especially in Auto-cad.

熟练办公室计算机应用程序，尤其是Auto-CAD。

- Capable of independently analysis, handle problems.

有单独分析和处理问题的能力。

- Hardworking and able to work under pressure.

能承受巨大的工作压力。
