- 职位说明:

此应聘者需能紧跟全球智能手机及其他手持终端设备的发展趋势，研发并设计应用于智能终端领域的惯性测量解决方案和多种传感器聚合算法。

此应聘者必须拥有很强的数学基础并有很强的算法开发与设计能力；必须精通如下技术之一：

1) Kalman 滤波

2) Particle 滤波

3) Hidden Markov Model

4) Machine Learning

5) Time series analysis

6) FIR/IIR 滤波

拥有机器人开发、图像稳定控制、普适计算或智能终端位置定位服务开发经验者将优先考虑。同时必须有较强的编程及算法实现能力和团队合作精神。

- 具体要求:

l 研究生或以上学历，电子工程、计算机科学、通讯工程、物理和数学专业

l 2年以游戏手柄、机器人、室内导航、位置定位或图像控制项目开发经验

l 2年以上传感器（G-Sensor + Gyro）聚合算法及智能手机、GPS、游戏平台及其他智能终端开经验者优先考虑

l 独立工作并有团队合作精神

l 较强与人沟通和自我表达能力

> Application Engineer (Motion Algorithm Engineer)

Description:

The responsibility of Motion Algorithm Engineer is to enable state-of-art motion processing solutions for smart-phones and other handheld devices, with novel algorithms using inertial sensing (gyro, accelerometer), sensor fusion, and machine learning.

The candidate must have strong algorithm design capability with solid mathematic background. Familiarity with one or more of the following techniques is necessary: Kalman filter, particle filter, hidden Markov model, machine learning, time series analysis, and FIR/IIR filter design.

Experience in robotics, image stabilization, ubiquitous or pervasive computing, or location based service is a plus. Good programming capability and a team player are also critical requirements.

Requirements:

l MS degree or above in EE/CS/ME/Phy/Math.

l 2+ years of experience in developing motion processing algorithms for gaming, robotics, indoor navigation, location based service, augmented reality, or image stabilization.

l Experience designing applications or embedded code for Smart Phone, PDA, GPS, and Portable Gaming platforms is preferred.

l Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

l Effective communication and presentation skills.
