Duties and responsibilities:

  

You will be personally responsible for the sourcing and implementation of strategic candidate and job acquisition tactics in alignment with your field/function of specialization or key account management. Working both individually towards achieving personal targets as well as part of the larger team meeting quarterly and annual targets for the business.

  

  

Critical to achieving excellent results is your ability to establish and maintain strong client and candidate relationships in the constantly and fast evolving Chinese and Asian recruitment environment. To accomplish this, we expect you to constantly plan and evaluate your workload and pipeline in order to guarantee optimal recruitment activity and achieving set targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

  

· At least 1 years of working experience in a recruiting positions ideally as a consultant or over 2 years in a related HR position

  

· Proven experience of managing full-cycle recruiting processes consisting of sourcing, screening and on-boarding

  

· Knowledge of recruiting database systems as well as understanding of industry salaries and remunerations programs inclusive of offer generation

  

· A real team player with proactive attitude and passion to drive success with client and candidate centric approaches

• Proficiency in CRM or recruitment industry database management, including Profile, LinkedIn Recruiter and related technologies as well as social media
• Technologically adept and have a passion for conducting research and deriving actionable insights from raw data and information
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment, be innovative and willing to take risks, be welcoming to change, and be proactive and self-motivated working under minimal supervision
• Fluent in both Chinese and English (other languages are a plus)

· 具备良好的团队精神，积极主动的态度和热情，以客户和候选人为中心推动项目的进展

  

· 精通CRM或招聘行业数据库管理，包括Profile猎头系统、熟悉使用LinkedIn等社交媒体

  

· 具备熟练的专业技能，热爱研究，能够从数据和信息中获得可执行的见解

  

· 能够适应快节奏和不断变化的工作环境，具有创新精神，愿意承担风险，乐于接受变化，在最小的监督下积极主动地工作

  

· 中英文流利(会其他语言优先)
