Job Responsibilities：

• Responsible for overall marketing strategy and activities for Healthcare JV China, including defining and execution of strategy, solution promotion, marketing material, competition study, and organizing marketing events.

• Gain market intelligence across China market and provide regular market briefings to the management in terms of market trend, new product, customer needs and competition

• Understand the market requirements to the Healthcare Solutions product portfolio and transfer requirements into product development requests, product adaptations or product features

• Define and implement brand promotion, and responsible for industrial design policies

• Review and track price developments in the market and play an active role in defining price structures

• Take lead to produce and provide sales and marketing material, in terms of product booklet, presentation slides and client training materials

• Responsible for marketing events, including budget, organizing and execution.

Job Requirements:

Essential

• Minimum Bachelor of marketing or business management

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role

• Familiar with China healthcare market

• Experience in business development, marketing and solution management with proven track record

• Strong business sense with good analytical and planning skills

• Communicates clearly in both Chinese and English

• Good skill with PowerPoint and oral presentation

• Able to work with different functions, i.e. R&D, authority

• Wiling to travel when requires

Desirable

• Prior working experience in MNC

• Familiar with marketing resources and channels
