1、 负责搭建和管理客户社群，负责社群活动的策划及执行，客户筛选、意向挖掘、客户资料分流并存档；

2、 核心用户的挖掘和互动，维系社群活跃度，与用户互动和保持联系，制造感兴趣的话题；

3、 持续挖掘用户需求，探索更好满足用户需求的运营机制，整合内外部各种资源，通过持续不断的运营手段，提升用户的活跃度；

4、 定期策划线上线下社群活动，激发用户参与度，提升平台影响力；

5、 分析社群客户数据吸粉转化，收集并反馈客户需求,与各部门同事协作提升用户体验。

【任职要求】

1、 二年以上的社群运营经验，具有超强的语言组织能力和营销能力；

2、 有敏锐的活动策划和执行能力，善于制造话题和策划社区活动，并引导用户参与互动；

3、 性格外向、活泼、富有感染力，能调动社群气氛；

4、有一定的文字功底，具备不同风格的文案创作能力。

5、有化妆品经验、自带资源者优先录取
