Responsibilities and previous experience include:

1. Managing accounts payable and receivable

2. Follow up on out-standing debtor invoices and reports

3. Manage the issuing and retrieval of Bank Guarantees and Retentions

4. Accurately enter and process accounts payable invoices against company purchase orders and projects

5. Daily and monthly bank reconciliations

6. Daily banking and postage

7. Issuing client statements

8. Setup new creditors on Pronto (internal operating system)

9. Reconciling creditor statements

10. Setting up new creditors & debtors on Pronto

11. Providing administrative support to team members

12. General administrative duties

13. Reception

14. Duties as directed by the General Manager

15. Excel & Word proficient

16. Previous experience with Pronto would be an advantage

17. Manage office supplies and service providers

18. Issue Invoices to customers using the Chinese tax software

19. Preparation of bank forms for overseas payments
