岗位职责:
1. PM productive maintenance plan: get to know the regulation and process, be able to analysis the equipment and set up PM.
预防性维护：参与制定设备维护流程和日常维修保养计划，并对全员维护计划中人员的具体实施管理；
2. Setup training plan and execute the training: setup the training process and method based on the know-how of equipment, be able to transfer the techinician.
培训：负责对相关人员进行维修指导和技能培训，负责对生产线设备和新线项目的持续改善；
3. Manage the logbook system: Get to know the regulation and process, be able to set up sepcification/plan/repair analysis record/ PM. Manage the spare parts. Familiar and analysis on equipment, be able to set up the spare parts for PM on equipment.
设备档案管理：做好设备维修管理的档案记录，对设备维修状况进行跟踪分析,负责设备的备品备件及制作和更换控制，力求将维修成本降低到最低；
4. Increase the capacity of production: Familiar with the process of production line, be able to revise and increase the capacity in different equipment solution.
产能升级：针对现有产线状况进行产能升级：熟悉生产流程，能够改造并提升设备产能
5. Repair the production equipments : Research on the equipment techinical parameter and specification, repair work to PM level.
维修任务：负责生产设备维护、保养管理，以保障各设备安全地正常运转
6. Other assignment ordered by the manager.
完成部门领导布置的其它各项任务。任职资格:
1 College degree or above , major in mechanical or electrical or related;
大专以上学历机械或机电一体化专业或自动化专业；
2 Responsibility and good working attitude
具有很强的责任感和持重的工作态度
3 Be familiar with mechanic system equipment;
熟悉各种机械设备
4 Be familiar with CAD and MS office;
能熟练使用CAD类绘图软件和办公自动化软件。
5 Good command of English on Written, preferably on oral communication with English.
能使用英语阅读资料，能口头交流优先考虑；
