Key Responsibilities主要职责：

• Ensures that employees attend all legally required training as scheduled; maintains and reviews tracking system regularly 按照计划确保员工参加所有法律要求的培训；定期维护并回顾追踪系统
• Keeps service and 100% Guest satisfaction alive within the Hotel by conducting training and follow-ups on an ongoing basis 通过展示培训及持续的跟进保持“是我行”的服务及百分百客人满意度
• Conducts customer service training 展示对客服务培训
• Partners with Department Managers to develop strategies for keeping Yes I Can! alive within their Department 与部门经理合作创建在其部门内部保持是我行态度的策略
• Creates 100% guest satisfaction by providing employees with the training and resources they need to maximise employee engagement and deliver service and teamwork 通过提供员工培训及他们所需要的资源创建百分百客人满意度去最大化员工的融入度及执行服务和团队工作
• Communicates and reinforces the vision for service to employees 与员工交流并强调服务的远景
• Ensures that employees provide genuine hospitality and teamwork on an ongoing basis 确保员工始终提供是我行真诚热情服务及团队工作
• Uses teamwork to support guests and employees 用团队工作来支持客人和员工
• Responsible to follow up training feedback 负责培训反馈的跟进
• Collect training reports and plan from departments and keep the record accordingly 收集各部门的培训报告和计划，保持记录的完整
• Plan & organize staff activity to create Greenland culture 计划和组织员工活动，营造绿地文化
• Arrange training needs survey 组织培训需求调查提供员工工具，培训及他们需要的环境来执行是我行的服务及团队工作
• At all times projects a favorable image of the Hotel to the public 始终向公众凸显酒店的有利形象

Primus Residence Shanghai Hongqiao is an upscale service apartment of Greenland World Center Hotels. The apartment features 158 apartments, including one bedroom apartment that up to 40m2, and three bedroom apartment that up to 170 m2. It also features private gym and function rooms to meet various requirements for the customers. The residence has already opened on June 2017.
