工作职责:

1.Ensure Assembly and test operation meet yield / quality / reliability expectations.

2.Maintain a matrix of key performance indices and drive operation improvement through team-based continuous improvement activities / projects.

3.Leverage knowledge of experts across functions to successfully sustain assembly and test HVM in CM.

4.Use structured problem-solving techniques and lead team problem solving efforts in assembly and test.

5.Identify projects for operation improvement, including cost saving / cycle time reduction, manufacture flow optimization etc, coordinate and evaluate controlled experiments. Know how to validate experimental data and make data driven decisions.

6.Prepare Change Control Documents and present to Change team for the necessary assembly and test change in OSATs.

7.Well manage the assembly process / test flow, ensure volume production under good control.

8.Support PE/project team for the evaluation needed on the HVM products, as a contact point of OSATs

9.Perform yield and test data analysis. Setup regular meetings with OSATs for operation performance review.

10.Define and sustain the assembly and test manufacture spec and documents for OSATs management.

任职资格:

1.Bachelor

s degree or above, with 4years above hands on experiences in Assembly or Test process engineer position. Program/project management experience in Assy and Test.

2.Good knowledge on Assembly&Test process and material.

3.Good communication skills in both written and spoken English

4.Test program development and setup in factory is preferred.

5.Subcon management experience is preferred.

6.Accept the domestic and international travel.
