工作职责：

    

?保障职责范围内学生的安全和利益；

    

?积极协助学校课程的顺利进行，为老师和学生们更好地执行教学活动而出谋划策，并保持教室和校内器材的整洁与完好；

    

?与教职工老师、学生及家长建立良好的互动关系；

    

?协助老师们为学生维持愉悦的教学环境，如帮忙布置教室或陈列展示学生手工作业等；

    

?能与学生单独相处，也能有效地与一群学生甚至整个班级共同合作；

    

?帮助教师以适当的方法观察并记录学生的学习进度；

    

?能在学生身体不适时予以照顾；

    

?在学生午餐、午休、自习时间等校方需要的时段协助维持秩序和监管学生；

    

?为校长或教师指派的课外活动提供支持；

    

?完成上级的其他工作安排。

    

    

岗位要求：

    

- 持有教师资格证；

    

- 有在学校工作的经验，在国际学校或双语学校的执教经验更优；

    

- 良好的口头及书面英语表达能力（能与外籍教师沟通）；

    

- 有急救资格证或愿意去考；

    

- 会用办公室电脑软件（尤其是Excel和PowerPoint），有优秀的电脑技能者优先；

    

- 积极良好的工作态度；

    

- 有活力，精力充沛，愿意与孩子相处（尤其是6-8岁的低龄孩子）；

    

- 对变化有很强的适应能力，能够高效执行工作；

    

- 正直可信，靠谱；

    

- 专注细节。

    

    

Job Responsibilities:

- To promote and safeguard the welfare of children and young persons for who you are responsible and with whom you come into contact with.

- To take an active part in planning and delivery of the curriculum, contributing ideas and helping to organize resources/equipment as necessary. Keep classroom and equipment tidy and clean.

- To contribute in building and maintaining a positive relationship with the teachers, staff, pupils and parents.

- To assist in maintaining a bright and pleasing learning environment e.g. help design and put up displays of children’s work.

- To work with individual children, small groups and sometimes the whole class group.

- To assist the teachers in observing pupils and recording progress in the appropriate methods.

- To look after children who are not well.

- To be prepared to supervise lunch times, play times or after school care when necessary.

- To support all extra-school activities as directed by the Principal or teachers.

- To perform any other duties assigned by line manager.

Requirements:

- Qualified Teacher Status.

- Experience in school with children is a must. International/bilingual school teaching experience is an advantage.

- Good verbal and written English proficiency (able to communicate with expatriate teachers).

- Have, or be willing to obtain, a first aid certificate.

- Confident in Microsoft Office (Excel and Power Point etc.) and good computer skills is a plus.

- Excellent working attitude with “can-do” spirits.

- Energetic, resourceful with a youth heart. Have passion with children (especially children aged 6-8 years old).

- Strong ability to embrace change and ability to work to tight timelines.

- Personal integrity, accountability and credibility.
