Product sourcing manager电商产品采购经理

工作职责：

1. 根据市场需求，目标客户及公司品牌定位发展战略协助制订公司产品采购计划
2. 能独立负责采购任务，对询价、比价、订样及采购合同的商务谈判、采购进度、质量检验等全程负责
3. 严格执行公司财务流程、采购流程等，对采购项目及合同执行情况负责
4. 积极与各部门进行沟通，及时了解需求情况，有效控制成本并保证项目质量，创造公司最大利润
5. 根据公司定位及时了解市场趋势及新产品动向，负责相关供应商信息的收集和调研
6. 负责产品供应商渠道开发与建设维护，负责供应商质量评审，建立优化的合作关系

岗位要求：

1. 本科及以上学历，有以下至少一种品类５年以上相关产品采购与开发经验。（服装，礼品，家居日用品，文具）
2. 具有良好的商务谈判及沟通能力，具有较强组织协调能力； 
3. 对新产品开发及采购供应链流程有较多经验
4. 对中国的零售市场有一定的认识与了解
5. 熟悉采购渠道及开发流程，拥有良好的供应厂商资源
6. 良好的团队合作精神，并具备独立思考与解决问题的能力
7. 能适应出差，30%的时间
