职责描述：

1.  具备5年以上专业经验，相关的设备维修及电气维修技术；

2.  有6年以上企业设备团队管理工作经验

3.  有较强的责任心、团队工作抗压能力；

4.  主导统筹设备资产的管理维护

任职要求：

1．建立TPM的程序指导及推动主导执行

2．设定报修流程及维修程序并主导执行

3．控制设备维修的成本费用

4．自动化项目的配合及根据生产要求对设备的改造改善工作

5．根据未来工作计划安排购买跟踪物品

6．固定资产管理.租赁及转让流程处理

7．设备的搬运安装调试等组织计划工作
