工作职责：

1，物流规划

a）从MRP，CSR和销售团队收集预测和需求，采取积极行动，最大限度地利用仓库，卡车和人员等现有物流资源，或者向运营团队和TP团队提供建议，以便在需要时从LSP获取适当的资源。

b）与全球物流规划团队密切合作，了解他们的***实践并将其本地化为WGC，并向全球分享WGC***实践（如果有的话）。

c）与IT团队密切合作，寻找新工具，帮助物流运营团队提高效率。

2.报告

a）每月总结WGC物流报告作为全球要求，使物流运作和成本更加透明

b）分析运营数据并与运营团队合作，寻找机会和故事背景。

c) Support Logistics manager and logistics operation team to take correct actions to improve logistics performance in WGC.

3. SAP Key user

a) Need to collect and summarize SAP end users’ issues and requests in logistics team

b) Analyze the issues and requests and coordinate with IT team to solve them on schedule

c) As internal trainer, he/she shall do internal SAP training to end users in logistics department to help and support team to build skills and improve work efficiency

4. Others temporary tasks assigned by manager.

任职资格:

1. Bachelor's Degree required', at least over 3-5 years work experience in logistics function. Worked in Chemical company is an advantage;

2. Fluent English language skill in writing'' reading and speaking.

3. Self-motivated, good communication skills, detail-oriented, organized, efficient

4.以客户为导向，自律，解决问题，人际交往理解

5. SAP的卓越技能，尤其是MM，SD，WMS和TMS模型。

6.在物流改善项目方面有丰富的经验，
