Ophthalmology technician assists ophthalmologists in diagnosing and treating diseases of the eye.
眼科技师协助眼科医生诊断和治疗眼部疾病。
Ophthalmology technician represents an important link between ophthalmologists and patients; He/she should have strong interpersonal and communication skills, and an ability to prioritize tasks and multitask.
眼科技师是眼科医师和病人之间的重要纽带。眼科技师应具有很强的人际沟通技巧，具备优先处理任务和多重任务的能力。

1) Prepares patient for the physician’s evaluation by obtaining history, chief complaint, document medications and pertinent questions and necessary information. Performs various screening tasks including visual acuity, lensometry, Amsler grid, stereo test, and color test.
通过获取患者病史、主诉、记录用药、相关问题和必要信息，为医生评估患者做好准备。完成各项眼科筛查项目，包括视力，焦度计，Amsler方格，立体视觉测试和色觉测试。
2）Performs various diagnostic tests, including tonometry, auto kerato-refractometer, visual fields, Keratograph 5M, corneal topography, ultrasound testing such as A scans, B scans and UBMs, IOLMaster, specular microscope，OCT and fundus photos. Performs instrument maintenance and ensures that all equipment are working properly.
完成各项眼科设备检查，包括眼压计、电脑验光角膜曲率计、视野计、眼表泪膜分析、角膜地形图、超声（A超、B超、UBM）、眼球生物测量和人工晶状体度数计算、角膜内皮仪、光学相干断层扫描和眼底照片。完成维护、保养、调试设备工作，确保设备正常工作。
3）Performs subjective and cycloplegic refractions with phoropter, retinoscopy, test frame and trial lens and provides prescriptions.
运用综合验光仪、检影镜、测试镜架和测试片检测眼球屈光状态，并写出合理的验光处方。
4）Helps patients choose the right eyeglass frames or contact lenses based on their lifestyle, recreational or occupational needs. Also take measurements of eyes to ensure proper sizing of frames, teach patients how to care for their eyewear and contact lenses, and make minor repairs to broken glasses.
帮助患者根据生活方式、娱乐或职业需要选择合适的眼镜架或隐形眼镜。还要测量眼睛，以选择适当大小的眼镜框架，教病人如何护理他们的眼镜和角膜接触镜，并能修理被轻微损坏的眼镜。
5）Assists patient with contact lens removal and reinsertion.
协助患者摘除和配戴角膜接触镜。
6）Instructs patients to complete various visual function training.
指导病人完成各项视功能训练。
7）Performs other similar and related duties as required or directed.
密切配合完成眼科其它各项工作。
8）Performs the other tasks assigned by superior leadership.
完成上级领导安排的其它任务。
9）Assists with orientating and training of new technicians under the direction of the supervisor.
在主管的指导下，协助培训新的眼科技术人员。
10）Complies with all relative regulations and laws governing the performance of this position within the Ophthalmology department.

任职资格:

Requirements
任职资格

Education requirements：College degree or above in Optometry.
教育背景：视光学专业大专及以上学历。
Certification & license: Holding Optometric Qualification Certificate.
证书：持有验光资格证书。
Working experience: 3+ years of experience as an ophthalmic technician.
经验：三年以上眼科技师岗位工作经验。


1. With basic ophthalmology knowledge and basic optics expertise; can skillfully operate various instruments and equipment in ophthalmology department.
1.具备眼科基础知识和基础视光学专业知识，能熟练操作视光部各种仪器设备。
2. Has strong interpersonal and communication skills, and an ability to prioritize tasks and multitask.
2.良好的服务理念和沟通技巧和协调能力。
3. Full-time optometry experience in hospitals is preferred. Experience in orthokeratology lens fitting is preferred.
3.有医院眼科专职验光经验、具备角膜塑形镜验配经验者为佳。
