? Conducts regular research and performs analysis on pharmaceutical product and market information, clinical trials and industry trends.

? Maps the global clinical trial pipelines of pharmaceutical companies to STA’s core services and experience to ensure marketing and business development teams have accurate projections of current and future business opportunities.

? Combines data from internal marketing and sales systems with external data sources (e.g. commercial databases, market trend literatures) to generate insights and provide guidance that helps business development teams focus sales efforts.

? Monitors and analyzes market dynamics and trends in the clinical development space to determine implications for STA, both operationally and strategically.

? Performs ad hoc analyses as required to support projects involving marketing, strategy, and corporate development.

任职资格:

Qualifications

Minimum Required Education and Experience:

? Master’s degree in pharmaceuticals is required.

? Minimum of 2-3 years professional experience in a role with comparable responsibilities.

Required Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

? Very strong data analysis knowledge and capabilities required. Ability to integrate data from disparate sources, analyze data using pivot tables and other tools, and ability to structure analytical outputs for easy absorption and interpretation by executive stakeholders.

? Experience/Advanced knowledge of commercial intelligence database such as IMS Data Analytics and Cortellis Competitive Intelligence highly desired

? Strong writing and communication skills required.

? Strong interpersonal skills required, and ability to work effectively with multiple groups/departments (sales, marketing, senior management, etc.)
