1、负责产品的装配、调试。
2、负责公司产品售后问题的及时解决、跟踪及相关文件编写整理归档。 
3、主导并协调相关部门制定售后问题处理方案。
4、负责解答用户提出的各种问题，传授维修保养常识，用户问题无法解答时，应耐心解释， 并及时反馈公司协助解决。
5、整理巡检和故障处理情况，并及时向上级汇报。
6、负责配合市场部维护公司品牌，提升客户满意度。
7、和用户、监理保持良好关系。 
8、优化售后处理流程。

任职要求

1、教育背景:机械/机电一体化专业大学专科以上学历。
2、经 验:4年以上相关行业装配、调试经验。
3、技能技巧:
◆具备机械、电气专业知识背景；
◆具备计算机日常办公软件应用能力以及专业设计软件的应用能力；
4、态度:
◆诚实正直、责任感、原则性、观察力；
◆具有敬业精神。
