工作职责：

• 参与公司生物试剂生产如抗体、抗原、检测试剂等生产并保障高质量控制；
• 操作生产原料及产品质量检控测试及分析并保障其符合产品说明要求；
• 执行如WB, Bio-Plex生物试剂等的质量控制，按照SOP和操作指南评估产品质量；
• 分析产品问题并维护相关质量记录；
• 建立维护文件管理并提供相关改进建议；
• 负责检验并批准产品发货；
• 设计及操作检测方法以改进具体质量问题或不符合规范程序；
• 分析报告或退货产品问题并提供相应的改进方案；
• 完成其他生产工作相关的任务。

职位要求：

§ 本科及其以上学历，生物、化学相关专业；应届毕业生亦可。

§ 生物试剂质控员相关工作经验，有较强的质量控制观念；

§ 良好的英文听说读写能力；

§ 良好的沟通技巧及团队合作精神，注重细节；

§ 精通办公软件，有操作ERP系统或其他数据库经验的优先。
