「棒吧」是一个全新孵化的健康休闲食品的项目。我们在意健康的生活方式与饮食习惯，致力于用热情、创意与人本关怀的精神来解决人与食物之间的真实问题。透过消费者研究、品牌设计、食物体验、市场规划与渠道策略，为中国的年轻消费者带来升级的饮食方式。

这也是为什么我们在中国创造了第一个以整颗坚果为原料的能量棒。

我们在找寻

一名有丰富经验的微店/微商城运营官，有快消或食品类微商城运营经验的优先。需要熟悉微信平台用户的使用习惯和购物心理，将从0到1全权负责棒吧品牌在微信平台的推广和销售，并从策略角度出发规划小程序和其他更多功能的开发

职位介绍

1、营销活动策划和实施：制定活动目标、店铺政策、产品政策等并安排实施。

2、营销活动资源整合：包括公司资源、天猫/淘宝/聚划算平台资源、跨界联合活动以及线下线上等资源整合。

3、营销活动统筹：包括与设计、客服、推广、产品、微淘、直播等模块对接，促进活动顺利进展。

4、营销活动报名和优化：包括天猫/淘宝/聚划算、大促会场、日常、第三方等活动报名和信息实时优化。

5、活动页面和产品优化：包括页面框架文案制定、产品卖点挖掘、产品促销信息优化等。

6、活动数据分析：各类活动的各个阶段数据分析，配合活动负责人提出活动期间的优化方案、活动之后的总结。

任职要求

1、运营岗位经验1年以上

2、有一定的活动策划和营销能力及主动学习的能力，

3、有良好的沟通能力，抗压能力，工作认真负责

4、有一定的文案功底与审美能力

5、有一定的数据分析能力

6、熟练使用excel、会做活动方案ppt。

What We Are
Hunter Gatherer is rethinking the way we approach retail and dining in China. We are a network of businesses integrated through a system of farms, producers, suppliers, grocery and restaurants. We share a commitment to real food.

We grow produce on our own chemical-free farms. We stock a variety of natural foods, make and sell quality products, and serve fresh meals. Our range of business activities will evolve as we grow, and we welcome feedback and collaboration.
