岗位职责：                                          

1、为公司一线员工提供专业的技术支持，受理升级技术疑难问题，协助客户解决问题；

2、负责撰写产品帮助及优化现有vip需求帮助文档；

3、通过远程为VIP客户高效解决问题。

任职要求：

1、大专或以上学历，计算机、网络相关培训经历优先 ；

2、熟练掌握计算机系统应用/网络应用知识；

3、积极主动细心、具亲和力、善于沟通，有良好的服务意识，善于发现问题并迅速解决。
