Job Responsibilities:
Representation of company to handle warranty issue with OEM customers. Reduce warranty cost and make customers to be satisfied.
? Define & review warranty terms. Negotiate with customers on warranty agreements.
? Ensure to execute the agreement. Establish reasonable warranty control procedure.
? Take the lead to control the risk in the warranty area in product lifecycle.
? Dynamic response to customer field complaints, acting in customer stratification plane to take proper activities.
? Build up good relationship with customers. Ensure customers are satisfied with Delphi products and service.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor degree or above in automobile engineering or mechanical engineering, prior to in automotive electrical field.
Experience: At least 3 years working experience in automobile quality, engineering or customer service.
Language: Good English skill in written; can use English in daily communication.
Computer : Skilled using computer; can process data with office software Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.
Technical Skill : ISO9000 or TS16949 quality system certification.
Soft Skill: Strong negotiation skill with customers.
Others: Strong capability to maintain relationship with customers.？
