The SAP Manager will provide support as well as hands-on experience in implementing best practice processes in the Finance and Controlling module of SAP.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to quickly learn existing business processes and combines knowledge from multiple disciplines (e.g. SAP capability, Standard industry best practice), in order to produce an optimal business solution.

What you’ll be doing:

• Responsible for gathering business requirements, subsequent design and development of business process solutions that support business process improvement within the SAP.
• Responsible for end-to-end project management - includes project planning delivery, internal customer interaction, managing project and people management.
• Develops proof of concepts to showcase functional solutions to the key business partners and subject matter experts.
• Collaborates effectively with key subject matter experts to resolve issues around the business processes, as well as to transfer expertise through training
• 1st and 2nd level support
• Experience and knowledge of key integration points within FI/CO modules
• Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements and translate them to system requirements with ability to identify gaps, issues and work around solutions
• Acts as liaison with our business partners for troubleshooting: investigates, analyses, and solves software problems and maps client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.
• Creating functional and technical documentation
• SAP Subject matter expert in Localization for China and Hong Kong
• Advocating SAP Best Practice

What we’re looking for:

• 5 – 8 years’ experience required in SAP Finance with various FICO modules, including: GL/AP/AR/AA/CCA/IO/PCA, New GL, Bank Management, Product Costing, Credit Control, Inventory valuation, etc.
• Deep understanding of SAP project methodology and Agile Framework
• Strong project management skillset, PMP Certification preferred
• Gathering, risk and issue management, change management and resource management
• Strong problem solving and business analysis skills and experience, including functional decomposition, requirements gathering and process modeling.
• Excellent customer service, written and oral communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Participated in at least three “End to End” implementation lifecycle
• Fully understanding the integrations of FICO with other modules such as MM, SD, PM, PP, PS, CS, HR / Payroll etc.
• SAP Certifications: SAP FI & CO
