主要职责： 

1.       Lead maintenance team overhauling equipments to ensure plant equipments normal running.

领导维修班对工厂的机械设备进行维护、维修以确保工厂的正常生产；

2.       Responsible for the maintenance of the company's machinery and equipment, according to the repair orders and maintenance plans to complete maintenance tasks;

负责公司机械设备的维护保养，按维修单和维修计划完成维修任务；

3.       Do the routine inspections and checks of the equipment; find the hidden problems timely and find solutions;

做好设备的日常巡视和检查工作，及时发现问题，处理隐患；

4.       Deal with the unforeseen malfunction of the machinery and equipment;

对机械设备出现的突发故障进行检修；

5.       Do the maintenance diaries as well as equipment maintenance records;

做好维修日记以及设备维修记录；

6.       Responsible for piping, structural repair and transformation tasks;

负责公司管道、结构的修补和改造任务；

7.       Other tasks assigned by superiors.

完成上级交办的其他工作。

任职资格 :

1.     Activity, team spirit and safe consciousness;

积极主动，团队意识和强烈的安全意识；

2.     Analyses malfunction of equipment, Repair common equipment (centrifugal pump、canned-motor pump、diaphragm pump、vacuum pump、refrigerating machine、air compressor etc.), Understand drawings of equipment and piping;

具备机械设备故障判别能力，熟练维修常用机械设备（离心泵、屏蔽泵、隔膜泵、真空泵、冷冻机、空压机等），能看懂相关的机械设备和管道图纸；

3.     Can use oxyacetylene and welding tools to cut simply metal structure and welding work;

对简单金属结构能够进行手工氧—乙炔切割下料及焊接工作；

4.     8 years work experience more in chemical plant.

8年以上化工企业机械设备维修经验。

5.   Maintenance technical grade and welding operation license are perfect.

有钳工等级证书及电焊操作证更佳
