工作职责：

1. 负责日常操作工作，包括接受订单、安排订舱、运输、货物跟踪、报关、结算等事宜；

2. 与海外保持邮件联系，答复任何与操作相关的询问，并进行解决；

3. 与客户沟通协调，如果遇到特殊情况，及时向上次领导汇报；

4. 处理客户投诉，如有必要，及时上级领导汇报；

5. 协助相关部门对账、开票，跟踪对账单、发票、退单寄送和提单签发；

6. 按照要求在操作系统中进行相关操作；

7. 完成上级和公司交办的其他工作。

任职资格：

1、 专科及以上学历，进出口贸易、物流类相关专业；

2、 3年以上货代工作经验，熟悉海运整个操作流程，懂空运这优先考虑；

3、 英文良好，能与海外直接沟通联系，熟练运用各类office文档；

4、 工作细心、主动、责任心强，具有较强的服务意识；

5、 具有团队合作精神，能承受一定的工作压力。
