1. Evaluate and qualify distributors, support sales team to achieve sales target

2. Make regulations of distributor management including how to develop new distributor and manage exiting distributors, and pricing management.

3. Make a plan audit existing distributors and provide audit report regularly.

4. Maintaining distributor database, and co-work with sales manager to define short term and long term target for distributors

5. Co-work with sales manager to manage and control the operation of contract distributors in term of pricing, product selection, sales revenue recognition, inventory control

6. Regular organize distributor meeting and technical training.

任职要求：

1. Bachelor degree in Business Administration

2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

3. More than 5 year’s distributor management experience.

4. Possess excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with different levels of distributors

5. Knowledge of business analysis

6. Honest, proactive, and commitment to task
