Responsible for the management, communication and maintenance of specific project and objectives of Integrated Supply Chain deparment. As well communication with external and internal customers in regrdas of tasks assigned. / 负责管理，沟通与维护综合供应链部门的特定项目和部门既定目标。确保在项目管理任务的问题上与外部和内部客户进行交流协作。

Main Function Responsibilities and Activities / 本职位的主要责任以及职能:

？ Responsible to coordinate and prepare material for C919 program reviews. / 负责C919项目交流会的沟通和材料准备

？ Coordinate, track and provide status of performance of ISC Objectives / 协作，跟踪以及提供项目绩效状况，以确保产品服务，交付内容的质量。

？ Report and Follow up of ISC Budget Figures / 报告及跟踪ISC部门预算

？ Follow up and coordinate ISC action list coming from ISC Meetings Reviews/ 调查与协商可能影响项目计划的因素。

？ ISC Focal point of Sponsor companies SAMC and Safran / 做为ISC部门对SAMC和SAFRAN的联络人

？ Management of Specific Projects launched into ISC deparment / 管理ISC内部的特定项目

？ Responsible of Collecting, Monitor, report and negotiate Manufactuirng Changes with customer. / 负责制造方面工程更改的相关活动，包括收集，报告和谈判等。

？ Responsible to Manage ISC risks through comprehensive mitigation assessment and planning techniques / 通过全面减缓评估及技术规划来进行项目管理。

？ Other duties may be assigned / 其他分配到的任务。

本职位所要求的技能及经历:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, Production Administration, or equivalent /

工程，管理，产品行政专业学士学位或同等学历。

Up to 3 years of experience in a manufacturing/engineering classification / 多达三年的工程类经验。

1 year of Project Management experience / 一年的项目管理经验。

？ Fluent in English (Written and verbal) required / 流利的英语口语与书写能力。

Knowledge of manufactuing principles, theories, technologies, and concepts / 工程原理，理论与概念方面知识。

？ Advanced problem solving skills / 超群的问题解决能力。

？ Proficient with Microsoft Excel (pivots, filtering, formulas), Visio, Project and Power Point / 熟练操作办公软件Excel（透视，过滤，公式），Visio, Project 及 Power Point软件。

Ability to effectively communicate and work within team environment / 能够有效沟通，参与团队合作。

？ Advanced communication skills (Written and verbal) / 优秀的沟通技巧（书面&口头）。

？ Strong Analytical skills / 卓越的分析能力。

？ Proactive who works with minimum supervision and understanding the impact of the work / 具有前瞻性，用最少的管理达成工作目标，理解工作影响的举足轻重。

？ Ability to multi- task and prioritize / 同时接受多重任务，并区分轻重缓急。

Experience with startup operation / 具有试生产运行的经验。

？ 1 year of Project Management experience / 一年的项目管理经验。

？ Fluent in English (Written and verbal) required / 流利的英语口语与书写能力。
