POSITION OBJECTIVE / 职位目标:

Managing BOM in database to be compliance to the customer requirements and suppliers’ specifications. / 基于满足客户需求以及供应商的规格说明书来管理物料清单。
Ensure proper technical update from customer engineering information system by load data. /
确保来自于客户工程信息/更新被正确导入数据。

Main Function Responsibilities and Activities / 本职位的主要责任以及职能:
？ Management and control of the projection of BOM's for purchasing and procurement. / 管理与控制采购物料清单。 ？ Coordinate communication between different departments related to BOM. / 针对物料清单的相关问题，进行跨部门的沟通与协调。 ？ Support material department in regards to material demands and purchasing and procurement BOM parameters. / 基于材料的需求和采购中物料清单的参数，对材料部门提供支持。 ？ Create and management of 7 codes for manufacturing assemblies. / 创建和管理生产装配的7编码。 ？ Update BOM's version for purchasing and procurement. / 为采购及时更新物料清单的版本。
？ Management and control of new components. / 新元器件的管理与控制。
？ Analysis of the data received from the client Engineering / 分析来自客户的工程数据
？ Data Integration and Technican analyzing / 数据整合及技术分析
？ Entering or Loading data in the SHARP system / 在SHARP系统中输入或者导入数据
？ Validate Data Integration into SHARP to ensure a correct production / 验证输入SHARP的数据整合,保证产品配置正确
？ Process engineering support, electrical testing and other departments involved in the process / 工艺过程支持,包括电气测试和其它涉及到的部门.
？ Creating information reports (queries) to facilitate analysis of process engineers and other departments / 创建信息报告便于工艺过程相关人员做分析.
？ Finding solutions through the system in time. / 及时有效的通过系统找到解决方案
？ Identification and correction of anomalies Pretransco and Transco in SHARP system / 识别及纠正SHARP系统中Pre-Transco和Transco的异常.
？ Support operations in programs implementing new system developments / 支持新系统的开发.
？ Implement and ensure your team implement the necessary security measures to maintain the physical integrity of personnel / 实施并确保你的团队实施必要的措施，以保证人员理解的协调完整.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE / 本职位所要求的技能及经历:

Bachelor degree / 学士学位
Major in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, etc / 电子,机械工程学士学位

>5 years working experience, database engineering, product manufacturing or configuration management related / 多于5年的工作经验,数据库工程师,产品制造或配置管理相关
？ experienced in software application, including microsoft office, ERP, etc / 熟练使用软件,包括微软办公软件,ERP等
？ Fluent oral and written English / 流利的英语口语以及书面英语能力。

Knowledge of Harness manufacturing process / 线束生产加工知识
？ MACRO / 宏编程
？ Strong Analytical skills. / 较强的分析能力
