1. Lead quality control team to implement all the quality control activities in the plant
2. Initiate and implement plant level quality improvement programs in product and process quality controls
3. Creating required working instructions and inspection standards
4. Hold daily meeting in “analysis area”.
5. Measuring and inspection of the parts.
6. Handling of non-conforming product
7. Prepare Top 3 Quality Problems for escalation meeting
8. Lead and participants A3 problem solving process. Initiate and monitor corrective and preventive actions for customer complaint and internal quality problem
9. Continuous improvement actions at quality control
10. Take part in internal and external audits.
11. Participant process audit and layered process audit.
12. Do product audit.
13. Internal quality training on QC coordinators and inspectors
14. Check in defined and undefined check points in product line if potential quality problem exists.
15. Lead and develop a competent quality control team
16. Other task allocated by Managers
