Job description 工作描述：

- To supervise the opening and closing side work for the assigned section and ensure the cleanliness and standard of the assigned section for the operation. 监督营业前后的区域工作，确保在营业时间内区域的清洁卫生达到标准。

- To recommend and up sell food and beverage menu items to guests by providing exceptional knowledge of food & beverage menu items in a friendly, professional, accurate, and efficient manner in order to achieve maximum sales and guest satisfaction.

用友好，专业，准确及有效的方式为客人推荐食品和酒水来达到客人的期望，以此来达到最大销售额及客人的满意度。

- To communicate guest orders including any special needs or requests to the kitchen using the Micros system and constantly update any changes. 用Micros系统和厨房沟通，如果客人有任何特殊需要和请求, 并持续不断的更新客人的任何需求变化。

- To assist Management in the proper maintenance of restaurant equipment and resolve any repairing and maintenance issues. 协助管理层对餐厅设备进行适当的维护，解决任何维修和维护问题。

- To complete assigned opening and closing work. 完成被分配的开档及收档工作。

- To treat all operating equipment and supplies carefully to minimize damage, reduce wastage and breakage. 小心对待所有的经营物品和设备，减少到最小的损坏，减少浪费和破损。

- 协助其他店员向客人提供服务并销售产品；Assist others to serve customers and sell products.

Job Requirement职位要求：

- Fluent in speaking English, with good communicating skills

英语听说流利,并掌握一定的沟通技巧。

- Have good image and temperament.

五官端正,气质良好。

- Have good working attitude and sense of teamwork.

良好的工作态度及团队合作意识。

- 2 year Related working experience

两年以上相关工作经验.
