岗位职责:
Tasks：
1. State-of-the-art software design;
2. Coding of functions, modules, classes and similar software structures as part of the scrum team;
3. Test automation of the developed software at unit, component and system level;
4. Performance of manual acceptance and regression test;
5. Maintenance and bug-fixing of existing software;
6. Maintaining of functional interfaces to core development in Augsburg;
7. Ensuring that development documentation is kept;
8. Noting potential for process/product improvement;
Competencies：
1.Specialist knowledge of Object Oriented programming, in particular Java technologies or further C#
2. Design patterns and specimens;
3. Programming for real-time systems;
4. Object-oriented analysis and design;
5. Knowledge of automation technology desirable;
6. KRL knowledge desirable;
7. Language Skills: fluent Written and Oral English Skills;
Responsibility：
1. Development and customization of innovative software solutions for applications with the robot, e.g. laser welding, using the agile methods specially developed for the Chinese market.
2. Individual responsibility for the implementation of development tasks within the scrum team;
3. Ensuring the expandability of the developed software modules within the scrum team;
任职资格:
1. Degree in computer science / software engineering or alternatively in mathematics as well as mechanical- or electrical engineering with knowledge in software development.
2. Experience of living and working abroad (particularly Europa or USA) is an advantage.
3. Practice in agile software development methods (e.g. Scrum) is desirable
4. Agile software development
5. Conventional software development (not essential)
6. Unit tests and test automation
7. Agile software development (SCRUM)
8. Test-driven development
9. Good sense of business with regard to the implementation of programming tasks;
